With 2023 in full swing, please allow me a moment to share our vision for the next year at eGifter Rewards.
First, a quick look back. We saw significant growth in 2022. We now serve customers in 46 U.S. states and much of Canada. Our reach extends from Acadia Insurance in Maine to the Girls Club of Los Angeles. You are a diverse group, from mission-driven non-profits like the National Forest Foundation to cool tech firms like Flexential.
Collectively, you sent millions of gift cards last year for employee rewards, wellness programs, customer loyalty, market research and many more unique use cases. And you like us, you really like us! Our TrustPilot rating is an “Excellent” at 4.6 out of 5. We appreciate all your reviews and feedback.
With another awesome year in the books, I am excited to announce some of our plans for 2023 to enhance the rewards and incentives experience for our customers and—in turn—for your audiences:
Look for the addition of non-monetary and socially minded digital reward and incentive products, starting with the newly launched GoClimate gift card. When you send this gift card, GoClimate will offset the recipients’ carbon footprint for a whole month. More innovative offerings like this will follow in the coming months.
Communication is the key to any good relationship. This year we will be reaching out more regularly via email with system updates, reminders, and product announcements. Please whitelist egifterrewards.co so you don’t miss an important message from us. (If at any time you’ve heard enough, don’t worry, you will always have the option to manage your communication preferences.)
We also recognize the importance of data and analytics in today’s business environment, so we will be rolling out new tools to help you track and measure the impact of your programs. These tools will give you the insights you need to make data-driven decisions and optimize your rewards/incentive strategy.
These are just examples of what’s to come. We believe that by continuing to improve our services, we can help you drive engagement among your gift card recipients, in any use case or application.
