The elves at eGifter Rewards are already hard at work to kick off the 2023 holiday season. I am excited to share our latest features and upgrades to supercharge your year-end rewards and incentives programs.

Homepage Enhancements

We made it easier to navigate our site with new tools right on the homepage:

  • Use the “What Do You Want to Do Today?” drop-down menu to quickly jump to the most commonly used pages of the site, like placing orders, funding your account or running a report.
  • The Deposit Account tile now displays your Pending Balance, as well as individual Department Balances if you use our Departments & Budgets features.
  • If you use our Workflow feature, you’ll notice enhancements to the Workflow tile on the homepage as well.
  • Search your entire order history right from the home page using the new search bar at the top of the Orders list. Search by sender, recipient or order number and see your results FAST.

Reminder Emails for Recipients

Keep your recipients engaged and remind them to claim their Gift Cards. This new feature enables you to schedule daily, weekly or monthly reminders to everyone, or to send an ad hoc reminder to a specific individual. Contact your Client Success Manager for pricing.

Special Offers for Reward Choice Card Recipients

Our best selling reward and incentive product just got better. Beginning this month, our brands will offer bonuses to your Reward Choice Card recipients. In October and November, for example, Choice Card recipients can get a 20% bonus on their reward when they select a Fanatics gift card*. More exciting offers are planned with different brands throughout the holiday season!

Pay with Credit Card at Check-out

Faster ordering is here. Now you can pay for your orders with a credit card as you place them — no Deposit Account funding required! Simply place an order and choose “Credit Card” as your payment method at checkout**. Enter your card details and you’re done.

Bulk Orders with FREE Ground Shipping

Now through December 31, FedEx Ground shipping is FREE on most bulk orders of physical gift cards†. Whether your team is back in the office full time, hybrid, or never left, a hand-delivered gift card is always a hit. Contact us to have physical cards added to your account today.
